Don't use this guy!!

He was a terrible lawyer and didn’t do the right thing when it came to my divorce. I wouldn’t recommend

He's great at talking bs to get more money and more money! In short he was late to court dates the SA actually said to me on the bench he's sorry I picked him smh ‍ freaking crazy made sure to bill me on time and call many times and wouldn't get a document signed by the judge unless I paid more $ which it had to do with the same case that wasn't finished I had to get another lawyer that told me my case was only about a $2500 NOT $6000 more people should leave attny reviews sheesh

constant gaslighting for the last 5 years, paid $40,000 and cant even get a response back, being told to live in a illegal truck because he was too lazy to claim judgement because he got his money. 0 effort was put into this, 0 effort in communication, 0 effort in fighting for us, 0 effort in integrity, this is not an experience i would wish on anyone else. find an attorney that wont dodge calls and tell you everything he wont do. i guess there will be an excuse for everything else. don't waste your time, file a complaint instead.

I have utilized Mr. Fagan and Mrs. Kimberly’s services since 2018. With divorce, child time sharing, and the loss of my brother from an automobile accident. Throughout the years they have always been open, honest, and direct with each circumstance I faced. Mr. Fagan’s expertise in family law helped me get through the time sharing and divorce. Along with his knowledge when it comes to automobile related incidents. Him and Mrs. Kimberly were there every step of the way representing my family and I during the time we lost my brother. Mr. Fagan is well rounded, fair, and will do anything to make sure you’re number one. I am forever grateful to have them represent me since 2018.

Couldn't ask for a better lawyer! Duke was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and understanding when working on my family law case. Awesome attorney. He is passionate about his job and wanting to help the best he can in the society we live in. Dealing with the justice system in this country will leave some in a situation difficult to win in any case. This is evidence of some of these reviews.

First I would like to say this is the best attorney I could have ever been blessed with , I could not have made it through my custody journey without Mr. Fagan by my side not only representing me but my babies . He has been there for every phone call , text message , and email . I strongly suggest you call and hire Mr. Fagan for your legal purposes . You will be highly satisfied! Best lawyer ever !!
