I will not refer, Joseph Dulaney does not return phone calls, Probating of a will should have taken 6 months has taken 1.5 years. Missed court dates, because "something came up". He could not return phone calls, because he was working on another case, but we had already paid him. I would not refer him to write a will for my dog!!!!!!
