Timothy Dunbar did my daughters injury claim he refused to give me a copy of the original insurance check instead gave me a copy of the law firms check and I contacted the bar he told them he gave me a copy which he did not I never recieved any papers from the insurance company at all then dropped her from filing yearly papers and left me stuck and now they claim he’s no longer a lawyer which is a lie because the court house told me he definetly still practices probing and bankruptcy I called private a month ago he answered the phone and he’s still on the voicemail I think I need to take legal action I went to the court house Timothy is not retired and ure lying I asked for all of the insurance information and a copy of the check u I didn’t receive any documents regarding the insurance and u sent me a copy of ure law firm blank check so ya try again where are the documents I asked for that you refuse to give me like a copy of the original check and the insurance papers I don’t even know who the insurance company u sued was

Did not introduce himself, read a county he doesn't live in didn't want to drive to said county. Talked down to us and didn't read any of the legal documents only skimmed through them. If a lawyer doesn't want to drive to a separate county for work, then the person answering phones should ask the county before scheduling an appointment. What a complete waste of time and energy.
