I called Duncan Law Group when I had a personal injury case. From my research, this company was extremely challenging to negotiate an injury claim. And, a lawsuit had to be filed within a year. Nick Kelly accepted my case. He was very knowledgeable on all the stages of acquiring my medical information, creating a demand letter, dealing with a difficult claim adjuster, and finally working with the lawyer assigned to my claim.
