Recently I was able to witness Ms Duncan practice during a federal trial. From the beginning this, the case looked like a straight loser- as in the best course of action would be to plead out. And I suggested it. I even went so far as to suggest the client cooperate. From the beginning, Ms. Duncan was like, '...nah... I got this..' During this trial, the defendant's life was literally on the line, as he was facing two federal life sentences. Ms Duncan zealously defended her client with honesty and determination.
