Duncliffe Law Office

My wife was arrested the other night for a failure to appear in court. I only wanted her to have to spend one night in jail so I called her attorney, Zach Buckler, and told him about it. The next morning he said he would try to get a stand in for his appearance because he was out of town on another case. He arranged for Ms. Amy Duncliffe to stand in for him. She came to court and found me, we talked, briefly, and then she went to speak to the prosecutor. When the called my wife's case she stood up and began speaking and by the time she had finished I knew that everything was going to be fine. They released my wife on an OR, with no bail or bond, just her next Court date. It was awesome,really. Ms. Duncliffe talked like she had known my wife for years. Incredible really. If Mr. Buckler ever moved out of town then she would be my attorney, for sure. He made the perfect choice when he chose her, thank him for that. Ms. Duncliffe I really want to thank you for what you did for my wife, you talked as if you had prepared for it for days, when it was actually only minutes. It really was incredible, thank you.

Called with a question about real estate taxes and the secretary told me that it was a question for an attorney. She advised that he was busy for the day and that I should call someone else. What happened to “would you like to make an appointment to speak with an attorney?” Well, to be honest I would like to speak with an attorney and potentially hire said attorney but that secretary guaranteed that I will not hire this attorney. I just wonder how many clients that are lost due to this type of attitude.

Never returned my call!!!! I would not recommend to anyone that I care about to be honest!!! If you don't come from money or hold a certain name I guess is the best word to use then you are judged and treated differently!!!!
