We hired this firm for several things for our business, and they have always taken care of the issues quickly. Very responsive, and helpful.

This has been the most frustrating legal matter ever. Very little communication and rarely respond to emails, even from the opposing side as we were attracted to those emails. If we received any response Ken gave a politician like skirting the answer response. After we were awarded a settlement check Ken held it for a few days and wanted to release it to us on his terms. I questioned the ethical nature of this and Ken "withdrew as my attorney." I would have been better off representing myself.

Ben Traux and his team have helped us apply for The Minnesota Contractor Fund against a Kitchen scam. They charged us affordable fees for their service and gave us an installment minimum payment plan. Everyone from service desk lady to people in building are really professional.

Lawyers are intimidating lol! But Hilary has been amazingly patient and so kind! Never felt so comfortable to be vulnerable and ask questions.

Horrible experiences dealing with this office. They have done much more damage to my business than help. Their prices are insane and they do very little work for you, if any.
