I hired Jordana Loughran to evict a non paying hoarder tenant . Jordana was very expensive per hour but I agreed to her price. During the approximate 2 months she seldom picked up the phone and routinely responded to emails in a delayed time frame. She even messed up the paperwork which caused an unnecessary delay. When I decided to go to trial with the non paying tenant Jordana wanted a $10,000 payment upfront. After thinking about her poor expensive service I fired her. I then found an attorney named Issac Helland who gave much better service at a lower price. I was very disappointed with Jordana. I would not recommend her legal services.

Dunn Carney took my case Jan. 31, 2024. I engaged them to handle the unlawful conduct of my business partner. This unlawful conduct barred me from all assets, my personal property, access to ALL records of personal and business interest, etc. On Feb 5th the counsel for the opposing interest recommended someone to valuate my business. John Chambers (my counsel under Dunn Carney) neglected to confirm, refuse, suggest another valuator or even let me know that this suggestion was made by the opposing counsel. For the next two months, every conversation and decision I was deliberating with John Chambers, required the business valuation. It was the highest point of priority in every private meeting with me and my counsel, and still he never told me that there was vetting left to his approval. I found out through an email CC from the opposing counsel that my options became even more limited in their eyes given the valuation timeline could have been done, had John responded in proper time. He set me back two months. The first two months of my battle. After being confronted with this information and timeline, John told me that he no longer wished to represent me, and that I could be excused of the remaining statement balance. I asked for all files and documents from his representation and have yet to be provided with the full documentation two weeks later. I reached out to Dunn Carney staff to get the rest of my documents, they hung up on me once. I called back. She hung up on me again (the second time, I did accidently let the F bomb fly). I clearly will never see the money I gave them back to me. Dunn Carney has set me and my business interest back months and cost me tens of thousands in expenses. It really says what it is when the fault is exposed and the $640/hr lawyer says that the remaining statement balance can be on the house. Horrible. I asked over and over what other plan John may have had in mind that wouldn't require the valuation. I asked why he refused to give me that option, why he didn't mention it, or vet the suggested agency and got no answer. You should be ashamed of yourself John.

Joe Carlisle was incredible. He set expectations well, has a calm, measured approach, and balanced listening to us with telling us the best way to approach the case. His communication was very timely and he kept us well informed. I would have written a 5 star review even if we didn't have a good outcome with our case.

Melissa F. Busley, a lawyer at this firm, continues to provide nearly zero status/updates/etc. for our continuing estate issues and trust distribution. I would stay clear of her and this firm if you want timely and trusted legal support and help!

Poor Service. The man I hired couldn't do the job, delayed me for 2 mo. After continues promises. Then tired to balance bill me after a verbal agreement. And me asking to get my money back. Then when I fire him he tries to balance bill me for more than our agreement. Never again. Sad.
