It is very necessary for all of you to understand this, it's important and it is true. SAIF and the Workman's comp Attorney all work together. Your Workman's Comp Attorney is not your friend. It is a Corrupted System. I have proof for anyone who wants to see. I have physical paper reports, emails and recorded phone calls. My Supervisor injured me at work. I ended up on social security disability because of it. Had a workman's comp Attorney for 3 years, my workman's comp Attorney purposely gave misinformation in a hearing with a judge. I emailed my Attorney to request that he fix the misinformation, He said no in a email. His law office is Dunn and Roy in Salem Oregon. (For Real) He told me I have a sprained back, when in reality all Doctors reports say sciatica nerve damage. I recorded that conversation and verified that conversation in a email to and from Mr. Blood. Their system is corrupted. They also push out fake narrative with their 5 star comments. They are fake.

I sought them out for a consultation regarding my car accident case, I did not have a good experience with them, they are more concerned about whether you pay rent or own a house and the biggest surprise was that after my consultation with them, they filed a claim with my insurance representing one of the others involved in my car accident, they used the information from my case and I am not referring to the police record, but the information that I gave them, since I did not let them represent my daughter who is a minor, they looked for someone else to file their claim, I would never have called if I had looked here before and not given them the opportunity to use my information to benefit others and themselves.

My mother injured herself at work and they told her she needed surgery. After almost a year of stalling from the insurance company and the lawyers, her surgery decision was changed. Lawyers were also changed without notice. Very unprofessional and very had to reach them.

I have been dealing with them for the last few month and they have not done enough to help me win my case they just collected their money and do not want to further assist me I’m still dealing with my injuries amongst other health issues that I’ve developed since the injury and they don’t care about you at all I wish I would’ve looked elsewhere for an attorney don’t ever go to them they are unfriendly and don’t care about your well being
