I hired Annie Banks to take care of a nasty profit share issue where I was being charged back on a profit shared distribution. Annie was excellent in inquiring about my issue and following through with a fabulous letter that was sent to both my employer and the profit share program, and she did it gently, but with strong verbiage. The problem was resolved within two days of them, receiving the letter, and I was extremely pleased with the outcome, I did not have to give out any cash back to the profit share and I am very, very pleased with Annie Banks . She was kind, polite, smart, and very well informed. She produced a great letter that did everything. I had wanted it to do and took a huge burden off my shoulders. She is great and I would highly recommend she or her firm to anyone needing assistance. It was a pleasure working with her.
