The online request for referrals is not working (no matter how I enter my phone number the form rejects it) and when you call the moment you get transferred to the customer service rep you get disconnected. I just called twice. If someone reaches out to me from here I would be happy to update this review, I just have no other way to reach them.

They help you but it takes a couple of weeks.. And it must be a civil offense.

I emailed them to get advice & referred to an attorney, but never received any response back , either a phone call , email nor zoom call was ever received by me , sooooooo , disappointed with their lack of communication
