Daniel was a huge help to someone like me when I wasn’t getting much help elsewhere. He puts in the effort, is extremely intentional, and genuinely cares. If you’re looking for someone who will always show up and help, I can’t recommend him enough. A+.

My experience was disappointing and I wasn’t able to complete the services in which I contacted them about. I originally reached out on 9/12/2025 communicating with Diana Leggett after about a month of communicating only through email by 10/13/2025 she no longer responded to emails nor voicemails that I left. This was just bad business and left a bad taste in my mouth. I have had to contact a new lawyer which has delayed the process and the hopes of a timely resolution. 1/13/26 Update: I’m changing my review because Dan Durand reached out to me personally to rectify this situation. He reached out until we connected, he apologized, he listened and he thoroughly reviewed all of my options with me. He didn’t rush me, he wasn’t rude or upset about my review, he only wanted to fix where they went wrong. He additionally made himself available to me for follow up questions or concerns. After speaking with him, it was determined that I no longer need legal representation as I can go another route. He didn’t rush NOT at any time ask me to redo my review, I’m doing it, because it is the right thing to do when someone rights a wrong. Things happen! I wish things had been different, but in the end everything happens as it should. He told me he’s available to assist should I need him at a later date. 😊

Complete the Credit Counselling Course as and when instructed, and then attend the Zoom Meeting with the Bankruptcy Trustee, and then get the Bankruptcy discharge in 90 Days after the Zoom Meeting . They never answer the phone, tried over 5 times and never picked up. Just hired another firm. No record of my calls but not even have my phone number (Ok...), for some of us is important to talk to someone instead of sending messages.
