I had a $10,100 lean from child support. I’ve received my payment almost two months ago and chip support still hasn’t received their pay out amount. I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication and procrastination I’ve experienced. My case worker was Venus. I feel like they robbed me and my children out of over 10k. Still no information. And if something doesn’t get done soon i will be looking into further legal action. I do not recommend.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this firm. During the period of representation, no substantive legal work was performed on my case; the only actions taken were basic administrative tasks. Communication was consistently delayed or nonexistent, including on time sensitive matters. After terminating representation, the firm failed to notify my medical providers, which caused billing confusion and exposed me to potential financial harm that I was forced to resolve myself. Despite these unresolved issues and the lack of legal work performed, the firm asserted an attorney lien without providing a meaningful accounting. My written dispute of the lien has also gone unanswered. Prospective clients should carefully inquire about communication practices, provider notifications, and lien handling before retaining this firm.

No communication, attorney leaves firm, and I get no notice, para legal worked on case (Nayeli), did not know anything ever, and when she would go to the attorney and come back with... I will call you back, and never did. I guess since my attorney left the firm. To top it all off they got more money than me!!! The rumors are true!!!****AMMENDED*** Well I have to say I don't usually get an opportunity to say multi million dollar companies give a you know what about 1 person. But I will say that Durham has made it right. With the help of COO Preston Mueller's diligence, came back with, cutting their fees, and quickly so that I was compensated even more. I was surprised, at how quickly Preston went to work on this and that the firm ultimately made what was wrong VERY RIGHT. I hope I never need them again. But they will be my first call.
