Angel, Let me give the readers a bit more context to your review. You hired our law firm; we attempted to contact you several times to schedule a meeting. However, none of those calls were ever returned. We need to make contact with you to schedule. You're the one who made calls and sent text messages from 10:30 pm-12 am one evening; we did respond and advised we need to make contact with you, which you never returned. After a week and communicating with you that if we didn't have contact, we would need to terminate services, we decided it was best to refund all your money due to non-communication on your part, which we did. After refunding your money, that's is when you contacted us during normal business hours. I then send a text message advising we would reconsider if you would communicate, which you never responded to that message. We decided it was best to give your money back because if a client cannot communicate with us, we can not help them as some things in a case like yours is time-sensitive. Rather than take your money, we felt it best to give it back to focus on clients who are communicating. It was not an easy decision as we do what we do to help people, but it was to protect you, as you may not see it that way. I suggest whomever you hire, that if they call or text you, you return the communication within 24 hours; it could be important. If you want to discuss offline, we will be more than happy; you know our contact information. Be well and be safe and healthy.
