Notes from November 2025 Olentangy Condominium Board minutes: The board voted via email to switch law firms. The vote was unanimous. Switching from WILLIAMS & STROHM, LLC ATTORNEYS AT LAW to DWS Law - Dittmer, Wagoner & Steele. This is good news. More good news: The contract with Patterson Merkle has been extended for only one year. Hopefully, a new property management firm can be found in the near future!
