Last spring my dear friend and I were severely injured by an out of control driver who crossed the median at high speed and slammed into my truck head on. The resulting impact pushed my vehicle back >25feet and injured us both severely. We sustained traumatic high impact injuries: severe Hematomas, tissue distortion, contusions, fractured and broken bones that put us into the hospital and rehab for many days. Since then there has been surgery, slow painful healing, significant PT, Lifestyle & Wellness Training Courses, and daily exercises to bring us back to our new normal. We are still not fully recovered and will likely deal with the results of this trauma forever but have made solid progress and can walk and function reasonably well again after 9 months of painful healing and intense effort. Shortly after the accident, I was quite depressed and distraught about our sad physical state and inability to enjoy our active lifestyle; plus, I dreaded the pain and suffering we would still have to endure for months to come so as to recouperate. I also felt it was extremely unfair that my pristine truck was destroyed and I would suffer a big $$ loss to replace with new at great expense. If I could give 10 stars to Dwyer Law, I would. We had a very challenging, hard case against the insurance company and Dave worked tirelessly along with his amazing staff.
