I was recently in the position of looking to purchase a company I had worked for as part of an employee buyout. Davis Yu at DY Law has been amazing to work with over the last several years and have now become good friends. Although I'm in San Francisco, we've been able to work very well together remotely. He helped set up my company's operations agreement with my business partner.
