18 wheeler cases they jump all over. Regular automobile accidents it will be an “E” ternity!!! Between updates if AN”E” at all! Communication is terrible! Case will be on the back burner for years!!! Not a fan at all!!!! Wouldn’t go this route again!

I was promised regular updates on my case, but weeks—sometimes months—would go by without any word from the office. When I tried to get in touch for updates, I was constantly redirected to assistants or case managers who seemed uninformed about my situation. It felt like no one in the office had a clear understanding of where my case stood. The most troubling part of my experience was the financial side of things. After my case was settled, I discovered discrepancies in how the settlement funds were handled. Thousands of dollars were deducted for “fees” and “expenses” that were never clearly explained to me. When I asked for an itemized breakdown, I was given vague answers and incomplete documentation. It felt like they were intentionally trying to confuse me or hide something. Eric Guirard Injury Lawyer to anyone seeking honest and competent legal representation.
