Having to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy was a very difficult thing for us to do. They have made a difficult experience even worse. The list is to long to go through. Wouldn't recommend even to someone I dislike

Dismissed my case because they did not take care of business as promised. Was rushed off phone because they had to get to a Christmas party. Not recommended.

This has been such an overwhelming experience. My mother went through this law firm for bankruptcy. I believe they are taking advantage of her because she is elderly and unable to drive there to speak to someone in person. She paid every month for the past five years only to be sent a letter from the trustee earlier this month that she needed to start repaying her mortgage starting next month with no explanation. The mortgage was drafted into a bankruptcy plan. We have been calling and texting the number they told us we needed to use to speak to one of the attorneys. No one has returned her calls. We texted the number and were sent a response stating someone would be contacting us. No one has contacted us. This is unacceptable. This has happened before where they sent out a letter increasing her payment without adequate information. I had to take off work and take a flight to Louisiana just to speak to one of the attorneys in person. E. Orum & Young firm was recommended to her.

I only gave the 4 star because I don't know anough about bankruptcy to really give an honest review. But as far as friendliness and professionalism they got it !!!

I’ve never filed bankruptcy b4 but but this has been the worst experience on top off having to file nobody nobody knows what’s going on no call backs, an my bank account was still frozen an they told me to make the calls an send them a paper they emailed me that didn’t work email the law office back an no response I don’t not recommend these ppl they smile in ur face until u sign that paper to pay them an it’s no looking back for them!!!!!!!

Where do I start they are very unprofessional. They tell you one thing than send u paperwork about something totally different . I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless you want someone to take ur money with no understanding
