After being clients of Eason and Tambornini Law Corporation for several years, our experience has been very disappointing due to ongoing communication issues and lack of follow-through. Attorney Kyle Tambornini acknowledged that he had dropped the ball on my husband’s case and apologized for a lack of communication before transferring the matter to attorney Justin Drake. Unfortunately, since that transition, we have encountered the same issues—little to no communication, unreturned calls, unanswered messages, and no meaningful updates on a case that has been ongoing for years. Clients should not have to repeatedly chase their attorneys for basic information. This pattern has felt unprofessional and has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. It has also felt as though our case and concerns were not prioritized. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this firm, particularly for clients who value communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through. Update: Following my original review, I was contacted by Mr. Tambornini, the firm’s Founding and Managing Partner, and communication has improved. I appreciate the prompt response and the time taken to address my concerns. Our case is being handled by Justin Drake, the lead attorney assigned to our matter. At this time, however, the outcome remains pending, as we are still awaiting follow-up supplemental reports that are necessary for the case to move forward. Until those reports are received and meaningful progress is made, this review will remain in place. I will update again as the situation develops.
