I felt like at first Leslie was very kind, but after we made the payments and she notified us that our case wasn't going through, she became rather rude and seemed annoyed by the questions I asked, since I felt I had to ask them after investing almost $4,000 without getting any positive results. I understood that we didn't qualify, but what I didn't understand was the way she treated me.
