They charged me $4,000 for a fairly basic prenuptial agreement. The lawyer spelled my wife’s name incorrectly, then charged me to fix her mistake. When I first met with the lawyer, I told her that I was on a timeframe. I gave her my email, but she said I never did. Rather than her calling me and asking for my email, I had to call her because I was running out of time. On a positive note, the lawyer was very responsive and helped me finish the prenup over a weekend along with the help of my wife’s lawyer. Having said that the bill was outrageous for the quality of work performed.

I contacted them to figure out how to sell my dead father’s car since they dealt with his estate and got a bill for $245 for a less than 10 minute call and the lawyer asking me to send him an email so he can close the estate. Frankly as lawyers you should have at least told your customers when they will be charged with a bill before continuing to consult them… and charging me $245 for a phone call that lasted 10 minutes is a bit egregious.

Michael Davey handled my cases with absolute care and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He really worked hard to make sure all of my concerns were addressed for the best outcome possible. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were evident from start to finish. I always felt supported and confident knowing he was advocating for me every step of the way. If you are looking for an attorney who truly listens, communicates clearly, and fights for the best results, I highly recommend Michael Davey. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and I am beyond grateful for all that he has done for me.

My experience with this law firm was top tier. Attorney V helped me and my husband with an adoption case and she made us feel at ease with the whole process. We had no idea where to start and no idea what we needed to provide but she held our hand through it all. Her and her staff's professionalism was amazing and her communication was the best. We started our case in Feb 2025 and it concluded in Aug 2025. Thankfully everyone was on the same page which helped with the swift turnaround but overall Attorney V stayed prompt on everything. Absolutely recommend our attorney, Jay Levin, at Eckell Sparks. Shortly after purchasing our home, we were gobsmacked by an egregiously expensive repair resulting from a dishonest seller’s disclosure. Jay steamed ahead and led us out the other end of a poor situation with a satisfactory resolution. He was also generous in multiple ways, including taking phone calls and explaining issues in lay terms. Total aside…he’s also a nice guy.

Len was always just a phone call away, and he quickly responded to any question with direct and responsible answers. Whether on the phone or in his office, time was never an issue; if we needed him, he was there. Len and his wonderful assistant, Betsy Lindsay, helped us get through a very difficult time with total confidence that every last detail of all of our needs would be met… And they surely were.

My review seems to be taken off and then I have to repost it. If your asked to take off a poor review what is that telling you. We always say if there is only good reviews be aware. Somewhat disappointed with this law firm. Matthew Bilker in my opinion is by far overrated. I was talked down to and also found it beyond belief that the paralegals asked me to sign a document giving them an incentive.

Other attorney’s said I would have to sell my home and move again just to have a real shot at being a present and equal parent. Some even said outright that getting equal time was not going to happen because my ex-wife already had primary physical custody. I was navigating divorce, transitioning out from the Marine Corps, and in the early years of a career change while pursuing my bachelor’s degree when I met V. V recognized I had been fighting a losing fight to preserve the relationship between my son and I years before we met. Since our first meeting, she showed me a clear path forward, and ensured any out of court agreement included my parental rights before we eventually went to court. Throughout this endeavor, she was professional and understanding of my experiences, kept me expeditiously informed, and delivered improvements with every session. Her tenacity gave me a real sense of hope, and I now have equal time with my son after years of having an every other weekend schedule with a dinner visit, and limited phone calls together.

I cannot recommend Matt Bilker and his paralegal Missy Watters highly enough. They recently helped me settle a motor vehicle accident case involving a drunk driver, and their support and expertise throughout the process were exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Leonard Sloane. Not only is he a great lawyer, he is a very good man to go along with it. I had a Pennsylvania company change the oil in my F-350 diesel engine and left the old gasket in causing my engine to fail while I was in New York. I spoke with 2 other law firms prior to speaking with Mr. Sloane and they told me that I did not have much of a chance of recovering my money for the engine and rental vehicle. Mr. Sloane took my case and got me every penny that I was out of pocket without even having to go to court. I have been using Melanie Tunitis since 2020, she is an extremely tactful lawyer, I had a very unfortunate situation going on & she really faught for me. It was a very emotional case & she stayed the course through everything despite I was a very trying client at times. Melanie finds ways to work to the best solution/ outcome possible, she is very thorough & genuinely cares about your situation. I will always keep her in my pocket!

Please do not hire anyone at this firm. I was in desperate need of a new attorney for my child custody case. I hired one attorney and was quickly passed over to another without even being asked. I ended up having to find a new attorney and am now back in court trying to undo the complete and utter nightmare this firm put me through. No physical copies of EXTREMELY IMPORTANT documents were ever sent to me in a physical or electronic form, 1 meeting about trial 8 months before, continuously ignored via email, text or phone and important information was kept from me. Even after my order was signed I was not provided a copy of the paperwork for months there after. Please do yourself a favor, hit the back button and do not have this firm representing you for anything! I have heard a dozen stories just like him, this firm only sees green when they see you. You are treated in that way also. Do not hire Kathy Piperno, you will only be passed off to a completely overworked attorney like Melanie Tunitas. The fact that Ms. Piperno went and actually filed and submitted withdraw paperwork just days before my trail without ever even telling me (highly illegal), I wasn’t extended the courtesy of a phone call. Which I repeatedly asked for and was never given. The withdrawal papers were filed with the court and sitting in my inbox, not one heads up from the attorney or being treated like an actual human being. You are not a person to this firm who needs help. You are a price tag, and that is just soo sad. I would give this zero stars if I could. I have never been so disappointed in my life and I am only trying to help the life of my young child. Months after moving to another firm, this one is still holding on to my file, no matter how many phone calls they received, they have yet to turn over my file in a family law case. DESPICABLE.

I can not say enough GREAT things about this law firm & especially Vasiliki Gouliaberis. She made going through this process extremely less difficult and stressful. She took charge right away. She had a full work up on the case in less then a week (from me contacting them last minute) on top of her being very friendly & knowledgeable. So glad I reached out to them to have them represent me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
