Zisl is great. We needed to deal with issues involving our aging parents' finances. Zisl set up a will and trust and brought in several other professionals to handle a Medicaid application, a guardianship, and a reverse mortgage. She also brought in a firm to help with financial matters including gathering the information needed for the Medicaid application, applying for VA benefits, and managing finances on an ongoing basis. Through all of this, Zisl was always professional, but also friendly and understanding, happy to answer any questions that came up. She obviously cares a great deal about her work and her clients. Ms. Edelson is a true gem. She helped complete a Medicaid application for my mom and revise a special needs will for my daughter. The process took very long, not due to her by the systems involved but it all worked out in the end as she said it would. She stayed in touch and took care of issues as they arose. If was a relief to have Zisl as an attorney handling the myriad of issues surrounding my ability to act as power-of-attorney and handle my brother's financial and health matters. When my younger brother developed worsening dementia and had to be admitted to a full care nursing facility, she was there in both a professional and supportive way.
