I hired Mr Holt almost a year ago I'm no closer today than when I started I'm out of pocket almost $20,000 been trying to get a foreclosure on my property you have to beg to get them to call you back it is very rare if you call them they even answer the phone I feel like I'm just an ATM for this law firm very unhappy with the service and quality I have received as of today

Mr. Holt was referred to us by our financial advisor, and before we met with him, he sent us a list of everything we needed to consider before meeting. We were very pleased when we met with him. He spent a lot of time with us explaining Florida law requirements, which was very much appreciated. We went over everything we wanted included in our Will and Living Wills. We then had him prepare our Last Will and Testament, Living Wills, Health Care Declarations and Designations, and Durable Powers of Attorney. When he had everything ready, we met with him and Debbie again. He has us read through everything and then he and Debbie spent a lot of time going through the paperwork and answering all our questions before everything signed, witnessed, and notarized. We were very happy with the service provided, and the price for all we had done was fair and reasonable. We highly recommend Mr. Holt.

This man is horrible he will take you to court and force you to sell your house that you live in just to get paid

He takes your familys money and causes his clients to fight with their family to make more money. The more families fight the more he gets paid. He has that figured out and its sad to see him do it. Don't come to him for a probate case.
