Left message never got a return call

Response from owner

I do not know who this person is. She was not a client of mine. I just checked my voicemail messages and email. I keep records all of my voicemail and email messages. I have no record of ever having been contacted by you.

The week that you say you left a message, I was involved in settling a complex case regarding a child who has since been sent to a residential treatment center out of state. My focus that week was on settling that case and getting the student appropriately placed with appropriate services rather than on fielding phone calls and email.

If you are in need of special education legal help, feel free to contact me.

Molly Watson was absolutely fantastic to work with! I had never required legal services before, but there comes a point where you can't do it on your own and need to call in the reinforcements. The school legal process can be very overwhelming and anxiety producing for parents and thankfully Molly was so calm and very patient throughout our entire case. I very much appreciated her compassion and ability to adapt to challenges as they presented themselves. She absolutely advocated for our 9 year old when we were faced with great opposition surrounding a dispute with our son's IEP. She was meticulous and kept my husband and I informed every step of the way. You can tell that she takes great pride in her work and her expertise was so greatly appreciated. Even in these odd times that we find ourselves in with regards to Covid-19 she was very responsive and showed immense dedication to our son's case. I am so grateful and happy that I picked up the phone and called her, I feel like we truly made the right decision, because of Molly my son will have a bright academic future at his new school for this upcoming fall.

Martha Miller- She was always confused, requesting all school ieps and all other school documents, which I had mounds of. After I spent much time and effort getting her all those documents, she would say she didn't understand why I needed a due process hearing. Then with all information in front of her, she would ask questions that were easily understood if she read any of the documents I gave her. Furthermore, I was on a deadline to file due process, after I confronted her on the delays, and ongoing confusion she had, that I needed a face to face appointment, so we could go through my child's complete files. This is when she tells me, that she dont have meetings with clients until she decides if she is going to take their case. Well, this is the first time she stated she wasn't sure if she was taking his case. All the time wasted with her, all my kids files for 2 years, because, yes he was only going into 1st grade. But our deadline for due process filing was a mere months away. Martha Miller is unorganized, fairly confused on simple conversation, and insensitive. I spent so much time copying my child's files, then she insisted on me mailing her the file, this cost me well over 50$ After she let me know she was unwilling to meet up, I canceled her, and asked for all my kids files. Do you know, she has a office in Roseville? About 5 minutes from my house? That's where I picked up my kids files. Oh, yes, she had me copy every dang thing, which cost a lot, then ship to her. Martha Miller, is horrible. Alls she did was waste my time and cost me money, and lots of frustration. Dont waste your time on her, you dont have any time to spare, with your special needs kids.

This person was never a client of mine. I did not represent this person in a special education dispute with a school district.
