The best advice I can give someone before they waste their money with these two characters, Ed and Robert. If you want paper work filed and a law firm to over charge you for doing so retain these guys. They will never go to trial. They have a war room to prepare for trial I was told. I think that they only eat lunch In that room. It appeared Robert was always hung over. Robert ask me if I filled out my Fathers capacity declaration after Ed had me do all the work to get it from my Father’s doctor. I was told to get a Esq. But I went with this firm. I made a huge mistake going with this firm. I hope this review helps someone !!!!

Mr. Fischel is an amazing person who's soul screams family. He's so personal. He is thorough, compassionate and gives you confidence that everything will be ok. I can honestly say that if you need someone who will give you truth, Edward is that person. His office was recommended by an agency out of Redlands and her first words were,"You will be very happy with Mr. Fischel as he's very personal". Not once did he disappoint. He and his partner got us out of a family bind and put us at ease. They were so reassuring. His office is very clean, professional and comfy. He's inviting as is his secretary.
