I hired this attorney on a contingency basis circa 2000 after a rear-end collision and was satisfied with his representation at that time. In December 2015, I was involved in a serious head-on collision. I had come to a full stop when another vehicle entered my lane, the impact totaled my car, and the accident was caught on video. I was experiencing back and nerve pain and contacted him again. During our brief call, he stated that he would not represent me “if I’m not really hurt,” and the conversation ended shortly after. I did not feel I had the opportunity to fully explain my injuries or ask questions. I understand contingency attorneys must evaluate cases carefully, but I left that interaction feeling dismissed. I retained another attorney, and the matter resolved. My earlier experience was positive, but my last interaction was not.

Ed West is one of the best attys i have ever seen. I have a respect for people that stand out in their profession and I have much respect for Attorney West. I would say if people need an excellent Atty they have nothing to lose and everything to gain by calling Atty West.
