She's very "loving" when she speaks, but unfortunately, all the appointments the insurance company gave me were just smiles and pats. And here I am with a broken bone in my wrist and torn tendons in my shoulders. That wasted time contributed to the bone in my hand dying, and I lost the chance to save it. If you see her, demand real care, because smiles don't heal the damage. After four surgeries and being saved from three more, I'm still wondering: Why, being Latina, doesn't she have any compassion for us...?

The assistant secretary is the one who answers, not the doctor. I didn't like it at all. I get the impression that we are nothing more than merchandise.
