Man where do I even start with Egenberg, they were what would call perfect. I was young when ever I had what happened to me happen. But that didn't matter. They took me in and they told me they had it and I didn't have to lift a finger. They are so so kind friendly and welcoming. Brad is such a down to earth guy and I loved every second talking to him. I look up to the guys and girls in that office because I had a pretty bad case and they made it go with ease and won. I got the personal privilege to have Mr Zach as my laywer and let me say I couldn't have asked for someone better. He don't treat me like a client he didn't treat me like money that he wanted a percentage of of anything. He treated me like Dylan. He got to know me jokes with me and when I was stressed he gave me a lot of relief. I think Mr Brad has a lot of great stuff going for him especially with the people he has surrounded himself with.

I suffered an injury during an accident with another vehicle. My car is severely damaged, and I was sent to physical therapy 2-3x per week. I was granted Medical Leave to recuperate. The accident was NOT my fault. For two months, my young attorney repeatedly promised to file suit if the other insurance company continued being unresponsive to his calls. Just found out on Tuesday that not only has a lawsuit [still] not been filed - but that Egenberg is dropping me as a client! His firm can't handle its caseload. 🤯 So: now I'll suffer? Other attorneys don't generally want a case more than one month old. Or a case another attorney has ditched. The onboarding process was easy and handled entirely over the telephone and electronically. Then, I noticed the receptionist preventing me from talking to my attorney about new case news. A new paralegal promised me Workers Comp benefits I don't legally qualify for. I believed her, thinking she was speaking on behalf of the firm, straight from the huddle. [NOT true.] Two weeks ago, I brought this to Brad Egenberg's attention. It took two calls. He raised his voice, overtalked me, used too many words, called me the wrong name and let me know that his firm hires only the best paralegals - and has a line of them to select from. He promised to call me back. Two weeks later, he personally called to "disengage." Do not call this firm. You do not want to get stuck or be bamboozled by a fast-talking Yankee.

5 star review only because there’s not a 10 star option. Here’s 5 reasons to use Brad: 1. Complete transparency. He’s forthright and that’s a rare attribute. He’s not going to ”beat around the bush”. 2. He’s humble and does a great job explaining things in layman’s terms. 3. I’ve used several attorneys in different states and Brad is the least “money hungry” I’ve seen. (Despite his catchy commercials) 4. As a veteran, I appreciate a man who GETS. IT. DONE. Huah! 5. His office is organized and clean. I own a reputable Barber Shop on the North Shore, your business being clean and organized says all I need to know about how you run things! Call this man.

Do you a favor and don’t hire them, they just want your money and the won’t care about you, they won’t pick up your calls, tell you they’re “busy” “they will call you back” and they won’t do it. Even worst if english it’s not your first language. I’m not gonna say all the people involved in the firm is rude, but from my experience they’re. one/two persons gave me the worst service i’ve ever experienced.

Go anywhere else. His commercial Are just a glimpse of character. A complete joke.
