If you are looking for cleaatus lawyer who stands by his word and goes above and beyond, Christopher Conrad is where the buck stops. From day ONE, he set the tone, achieved and accomplished everything he said he would. A man of his word, he made the entire process understandable and manageable. 10/10 stars. Dealing with him felt like dealing with a favorite a family member that i grew up with. He and his law firm took great care of me and everything that came with my case. I highly recommend CHRISTOPHER CONRAD and his law firm (He is still a great lawyer no matter who his employers are!).

I was involved in a personal injury case and worked with Mr. Rob Banas. During the time of my deposition and mediation/arbitration, Mr. Banas made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. I am only in my mid twenties - the idea of law is something I do not understand. When I was in office or on a phone call with the firm, I felt as if I was taken care of and as if they had my best interest at heart. Mr. Barry Eichen even took the time to come onto my mediation, which I wasn’t expecting! All in all, my entire experience with the firm was wonderful - I thank the entire team for the efforts!

My family was involved in a horrible accident in 2020. We had Eiochen Crutchlow Zaslow represent us. We didn't feel represented at all. Of course, they got their money from the settlement, but it was a horrible experience. First of all, awfulbetween 3 lawyers. They also kept changing the expectations. The counsel they gave to my family led to over a million dollars in medical bills (not exaggerating). The settlement amounts kept dropping because of bills they didn't help us understand, and at the end of it all, the settlement did very little to compensate for the horrible impact this accident had on my family. (Multiple surgeries and physical therapy). The communication from this firm is horrible. The paralegal was so unprofessional and kept making statements about how much the medical bills were accumulating. We would always feel anxious and bothered after meeting with them. The paralegal kept calling us the wrong names. I didn't feel like they were representing our best interests at all. On the contrary, they made us feel like an inconvenience. Every time we met with them, there was another excuse why such and such wasn't happening and why things were taking so long. It got to the point where we just wanted it to end and would settle for any little amount they were willing to get. Overall, I would not recommend them. This law firm has to do a better job of making its clients feel like they're in good hands.

I retained Rob Banas to represent me after I was severely injured in a car accident. From the very beginning of my case Rob and his team (especially Jennie) patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. He kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my case. I was in a bad car accident and have been working with ECZ for about a year now. Over the course of this past year I’ve never been reached out to, Im only updated if I call them myself. Honestly I am super frustrated. They tell me they’ll call me tomorrow or this week, then they never call. Don’t work with them, avoid the headaches. None of the paralegals are ever in office or they dont pick up the phone. I hope to not even see a reply to this review telling me to call them and that they “strive” for anything. Just save it. Terrible experience, I regret choosing them and will never work with them again. Would not recommend, 0/10.

Michael Shaw did an incredible job on my case and I’m so grateful I found this firm. I would highly recommend him for a case. He was always quick to answer me right away, at any time, whenever I needed something. He went out of his way to see me in person to discuss matters when needed. This firm took my case and helped get me the treatment I needed including a double neck fusion and disc replacement surgery resulting from a Lyft accident that herniated 11 discs, broke 4 ribs, left knee and more. My case is getting ready to wrap up now but it's with Barry Eichen, and that brings me comfort for a great result.
