I was involved in an accident in 2021, some kid was on his phone and decided to run a red light and crashed into me. I was going to joint chiropractic at the time and one of the guys who worked there recommended me here. I really wish I had done my own research and chose a different law firm, I was young and scared, so I went with his suggestion. I can say looking back, hindsight is always 20/20, this law firm is GREEDY!

I'm a retired attorney with experience at big firms and government. I started out dealing with being rear-ended in 2022 by myself. My vehicle was totaled but I wanted to keep it, my neck hurt, and the insurance for the at-fault driver was constantly contacting me. I was having to nag my auto insurance company to pay my medical bills. Severable knowledgeable attorney friends recommended hiring John Lowrance. I'm only sorry I waited so long. John took over dealing with the at-fault driver's insurance company, recommended getting a referral for follow up medical care, and helped me deal with Medicare and my car insurer. After neck surgery, lots more physical therapy, and a lot of work by John's office organizing my medical records, John got me a good settlement and tied up all the loose ends with Medicare. As an attorney, I know that John's level headed reputation and his experience with mediation and trial work means that insurance companies take him seriously. He will know when you have been offered a fair settlement. As a Harvard-educated attorney with experience suing the United States and big companies, I'm not easily impressed. John will do a great job for a fair price. I will recommend him to my friends who need any of the services he provides.

I was involved in an accident a couple years ago, not my fault. Hard impact low protorty damage for both vehicles. At the beginning I thought I was going to lose the case taken into consideration I have a pre-existing condition. John and his partner Rick worked on the case and made a very successful recovery. Got me and my family what we deserve.

Be cautious and read the fine print. I regret agreeing to an increased percentage of pay—especially given the underwhelming results. While the communication was confident and persuasive, the actual outcome didn’t match the promises made. Be careful with terms like “split”—it sounded like a 50/50 arrangement, but that wasn’t how it played out. Ultimately, I felt I needed an advocate to protect me from my advocate. I strongly recommend reviewing everything with a critical eye and considering outside counsel to ensure your interests are truly represented.
