I retained Phil for a peace disturbance that the state picked up. I was a first time offender as I’ve never been in any kind of criminal trouble in 36 years. Phil entered in on my case the night before my court date while out of the country on vacation. I called him at the last minute in a crunch. I decided to take the case to trial as I didn’t want to take a plea deal. Phil did an outstanding job during the trial! He more than exceeded my expectations!
