The Buddha with a Bite. A friend who had worked with Karim described him to me as the Buddha with a Bite, and that couldn't be more accurate. He's wise, patient, listening, counseling, caring and experienced. He knew what to give, and when to push. And when it was the time to push, did he! Not in a shark-ish way, but in a strategic manner that represented me well and got things done. Beyond his legal acumen, I appreciated his ethics, especially compared to the opposing attorney who simply wanted to draw things out to make it financially painful. Karim always started each conversation asking how I and my children were doing, and ended each one encouraging me to take the high road, treat my wife with courtesy and pay attention to my children's feelings throughout the process. Plus, he sincerely sought to find the best / fastest path to resolution because he wanted to preserve the wealth of my family, not build his. And at the end, he achieved a very good divorce settlement for me. Karim and his firm are just great. I can't recommend them highly enough.
