Yoni Markhoff stole and misled my elderly and disabled relatives. This is a classic case of elder abuse done by a law firm who is supposed to be trusted. Sad to see that these vultures pose as helpful yet they are preying on the elderly. Do not allow anyone you care for to work with this firm. A complaint to the FL bar will follow by my family. As a response to Yoni Markhoff's response: You lied to them about what was written in the amendments. You did this as manipulation to instill fear in the elderly and charge them another $4000 for no work done for them. You have put yourself in charge of a trust for financial gain when all along you did not get along with them and were unresponsive to their needs. You will need to explain to the FL Bar why you asked Sara to sign your letter stating she would not file a bar complaint. That is illegal. You will pay a heavy price for this fraud.
