He responded to my inquiry in less than an hour, and proved to be very knowledgeable in employment litigation. Edit: After the initial consult, I paid a $1000 retainer and then decided to self negotiate with my employer. I called and asked for a partial refund because he did not do everything that was supposed to be included in the retainer. When I did not hear back, I emailed. I never received a response. Also, he asked for the first review.
