David Eltringham, Esq. is an excellent attorney, he represented my sister in law who was injured in a car accident in portland on her insurance claim against her insurance company and against a negligent driver's insurance company. He achieved an excellent settlement, maximizing the recovery to 100% of the insurance coverage in the circumstances of my sister in law's accident. He explained the legal process, the insurance claims, the medical information that my sister in law needed to provide and then he proceeded against both insurance companies with demands for recovery. His principal demand that he prepared was done exceptionally well, explaining the basis for my sister in laws claim, her insurance coverage and attaching the medical injury information and explaining it thoroughly. My experience with ELG has been everything I could have asked for and then some, especially given my situation they so graciously assisted me with. My name is Alexis and I'm a recovering addict. December 27th, 2024 I gave birth to my son. This was the start to my road of recovery, for my son to remain in my care we were sent to a treatment facility here in Eugene Oregon early January and 2 weeks into our stay at this rehab facility a staff member helping me through the night dropped my son, who weighed only about 8lbs, while I was sleeping. He suffered a skull fracture and had slight bleeding but we spent a few days in the hospital running tests and making sure all basis were covered. As a first time, young mother this experience was tragic for my family and absolutely horrifying beyond explanation as his mother.
