She is the best lawyer she helped me so much she really is a great lawyer

am extremely disappointed with my experience with Eliana Chavez. I paid for a consultation, yet I did not receive any meaningful advice or explanation. The consultation ended without her providing helpful guidance, and my concerns were not properly addressed. I was also made to wait an entire day, only to have my appointment canceled, which caused me to miss a full day of work. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, there was inconsistency regarding deposits. She clearly told me that she does not accept payments or deposits, yet I later learned that she does make payment arrangements for other clients, including someone I personally referred to her. This made me feel treated unfairly and discriminated against. Overall, I felt my time and money were not respected. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services.

I hired this lawyer a few years ago and my process was an ordeal. She didn't answer calls, she promised to talk and keep me informed and she didn't. In one court case she didn't show up, in another she didn't notify me that we had a court date. In short, she is not professional.

This person is completely unprofessional. Once you pay her, she forgets about the case. My ex-husband has been paying her in advance for almost three years. He and I have nothing in common, no children. Last year, this lawyer called me to come to her office to sign the final paperwork, and to this day, we're still not divorced. No message, no notification, nothing. She's a fraud.

Unprofessional. 1. The first phone call didn't come through. I lost two hours of work. 2. She won't answer a single question until you pay her $100. 3. She charges $300 an hour. No experienced professional does it that way. That's the way someone works for someone else, and that other person will be responsible for monitoring their efficiency. 4. You have to pay her the full amount estimated for her upfront. No self-respecting professional does it that way.

The worst of all! Just charge and don't work, extend your case for months to be able to charge more! Doesn't answer calls, etc etc.

She's always provided me with the resources and crucial case details and made me feel confident when heading into legal action. I thought I could do it alone but it got very stressful so she took my case in July of 2020. What I liked most about Eliana is that she listens to what's important to me but also acknowledges the valid points of the opposing counsel. She was great at preparing me for "worse case scenarios." Her words in court are precise, professional, and powerful. Having her represent me in court has been a huge relief. My case has been a long journey that's been re-opened a few times and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Eliana has been my legal advisor for the last 6 years. Eliana was understanding and easy to communicate with. I never felt confused or unsure. She explained next steps clearly, and walked me through the processes and what to expect. She was always very responsive. I never felt ignored or forgotten. There were some schedule conflicts, but I always felt prepared. She was able to anticipate opposing council questions and scenarios. I highly recommend her.

In my experience working with the lawyer was good, she helped me a lot and I got much more than I expected. She did change several appointments but she continued working on my case and I got a good result.
