Elizabeth C. McNulty - Successor Counsel Simon Law Firm represented me in a medical malpractice complaint between the years 2019-2024 that was tried in the 21st Judicial Circuit in St. Louis County Missouri. Case # 19SL-CC04680. Lead counsel From February 2019 - June 2024 was Anthony R. Friedman Mo. Bar # 65531 and upon his withdrawal Elizabeth C. McNulty Mo. Bar # 72026 was appointed lead counsel. After a failed mediated settlement agreement conference wherein at which time Friedman shared privileged information with opposing counsel and on December 22, 2025 a formal bar complaint was delivered to the Office Of Chief Disciplinary counsel naming Anthony R. Friedman as respondent citing several violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct. Complainant Albert B. Pepper Jr. is now proceeding to compose a formal bar complaint naming Elizabeth C. McNulty, successor counsel as respondent also citing several violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct. Multiple acts of nonfeasance, misfeasance and malfeasance were perpetrated upon their client Pepper by Friedman and it continued without remedy by McNulty and associate counsel up to, through and post trial. Evidence that support the O.C.D.C. complaints allegations are as follows: Telephone audio recordings, email correspondences, deposition transcripts, trial transcripts and case file. Any client or potential client would be well advised to document and retain everything including and specifically telephone audio recordings. The state of Missouri is a one party consent state: Under Mo. Rev. Stat. § 542.402,. Sincerely, Albert B. Pepper Jr. - litigant pro se consumer advocate - citizen journalist. at this time you may do a google key word search for Anthony R. Friedman attorney and receive links to my consumer advocacy site. When you read the narrative and the factually allegations of the systemic misconduct perpetrated on the plaintiff client Albert B. Pepper Jr. by The Simon Law Firm P.C. it will stagger the imagination.
