McNulty, successor counsel as respondent also citing several violations of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct. Multiple acts of nonfeasance, misfeasance and malfeasance were perpetrated upon their client Pepper by Friedman and it continued without remedy by McNulty and associate counsel up to, through and post trial. Evidence that support the O.C.D.C. complaints allegations are as follows: Telephone audio recordings, email correspondences, deposition transcripts, trial transcripts and case file.
