They took my case but didn't contact me for months. Apparently I was supposed to contact them? Then they called and said they couldn't move forward based on the info from 8 months ago and the 1 phone call we had. I understand the reasoning, my case may evolve over time, but I think if you need a detail oriented attorney, they may not be for you.
