This is one of the best law firms in town. We've used them extensively for many years for business matters ranging from minor incorporation, procedural type items to larger more complex issues. The group has a broad range of specialties, and are attentive, detailed and intelligent in their assessments. We are also always able to get in touch with someone and schedule meetings on short notice when matters arise, which is something that should not be taken for granted as I have not had the same experience using other law firms in the past. They also seem to look out for small, local, businesses, giving them the same attention they give to their larger clinets which is a great service for the community. Beyond that, the company culture here is fantastic. It manages to feel casual and friendly, while still being a large and heavy weight professional firm.
