I called them for a car accident and they took the case. I didn’t hear from anybody then Covid came along and everything got shut down. When everything came back up I called them up they gave me the run around waited til the last year of the case to tell me they assigned a lawyer to my case because it has to go to trial because it’s was almost at the end so they lawyer settled out of court after I had my surgery for $16k he said the case was so old that they offered that amount and that was it. Being that I moved out of town I just said ok I sign the paper. But I will never call them for a car accident ever again. They seemed to care In the beginning then as time went on you couldn’t get nobody on the phone or the person you first spoke to don’t work there anymore
