Failed to include my daughter as a dependent on my taxes 4 years in a row. Said it would be an easy fix and didn't mention it would be expensive. Charged us $530 to fix their own mistake, then didn't even offer an apology for anything. Lady at the front desk was rude and un-helpful. Never going back.
