Portia who is my family's client rep has absolutely amazing in constantly looking after my mothers case and making sure her checks arrive on time and all stays smooth etc we count on them for our moms care now and She is always available to make sure those checks are on time , it's been Almost 12 years now since our dad passed , and they have always been there for our family whenever we need them always ! I want to thank Portia, the client advocate, who has diligently and efficiently provided the needed support with the insurance adjuster for approvals needed for my husband's medical treatments due through Worker's Compensation. In the past it was extremely frustrating playing the waiting game for the adjuster's approval. Portia gets the job done and only when the needed testing is completed is my husband able to find a successful outlet for his work related injuries. I appreciate her help! Marianne Juber

I would not recommend this law firm there is no professionalism. The turnover rate is high you call. No one has any information on anything that pertains to a case that they are working on. Been in a class action for about two years still have not received the acquired funds. The person that was in charge of the case is not in charge anymore. They did go ahead and hire someone else that person is taking their sweet time in handling the case. There is no sense of urgency. When the reason for the class action was mold. This is affecting some people's health and quality of life.The person that I spoke with told me that there is hundreds of cases and they only have one person working on it, which is absurd, and is causing an extreme delay in receiving funds. The first check funds were delegated a week prior. However they waited until a week after Christmas to have the initial check sent out. when they had it well before Christmas. People are still waiting on the second checks to be sent out. As of December 29,2025 still have not been sent out and the only information. we have received is be patient however. it is very hard to be patient when one person is working on hundreds of cases. I would not recommend this law firm. Your case will not be handled in a timely manner or with meticulousness.

Hi Steven , David and ms Abscott I’m just letting you guys know ! I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Portia several times over the last couple months ! Dealing with my lost wages ck bi weekly ! My ck gets mailed to Charter Oak for deposit as I reside In Florida. She has contacted comp , and resolved the matter several times ! This week (being a holiday week) my check was deposited a day early ! Therefore with her repeated calls to workers comp . She has them finally got it right. ! We have had the pleasure of dealing with Portia in ENA law office and I couldn't ask for better service. My father had a case, which their law office fought for him as a workers comp case. All these years later, as the Employer started giving us a difficult time with authorizations for prescriptions and procedure's, we went to Portia at ENA law firm because my father was falling behind on prescriptions and would have gone without medications because he had become so frustrated. I was referred here by another attorney that was well aquatinted with the attorneys at this facility. Long story short I asked for a phone counseltation and Maria said that wasn’t possible because I had to sign paperwork. She than called me “ Mam” I asked her if she just called me “ mam” and she said “ im sorry I thought you said you were a female”. Never once did I say that nor do I sound like a female. Avoid these attorneys at all cost. They shouldn’t have people like Maria representing there company.

They may be good for small stuff but don't bring them a Worker's Compensation case. They will rip you off for 20% of every single regular weekly check you get, they'll have you sign a contract giving them money they are not legally entitled to until the PPD checks start rolling in just before final settlement. They will sit back and do absolutely nothing while the opposing insurance company is habitually late in mailing paper checks...directly to them instead of you the injured party. They will not stand up. They will not complain to the court on your behalf while your family languishes and suffers due to their ineptitude for over a year. In short, they're useless for a Worker's Compensation case. Maybe they should stick to ambulance chasing.
