I am neither for John Emerson and if I could give him 12 Stars I would! My son had a complicated and bureaucratically entwined college level appeal that was neither just nor fair. John created sound legal strategies, well written notes and steered the course over several months even when our path forward seemed closed. His precision to word choice in writing is exemplary. Always readily accessible; encouraging; and most important - bluntly honest. Whilst I was on tenterhooks awaiting the final outcome, John was there for me and my son.
