I have used Emerson Straw law firm twice now and they have worked very diligently both times to fight for my case. They were available at all times for questions and concerns. I would highly recommend for auto accident claims.

I would highly recommend Emerson Straw law firm to anyone. Everyone working there is very professional, knowledgeable, extremely patient and kind. I was working the most with Kristy, Apolonia and their secretary Alana. All three of them were excellent, very easy to communicate with and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole experience. This firm is not very big but do not hesitate to trust them with your situation, this firm is more personable and they will represent you better than any other large firm.

Case worker Nina dropped the ball. Claims she asked me to send additional info during the initial call (she did not or I would've emailed during the call as I sent the info she asked for during the call) and definitely didn't follow up. Was extremely rude and argumentative when I called to check on the status.
