After doing prior real estate closings with the standard title companies and closing agencies, and then working with Holly, April, and Jennifer, I can say with full certainty, I will only work with ESC from here on out. Holly, April, and Jennifer are extremely easy and fast to communicate with, errors/mistakes/questions are remedied with detail and speed, and the overall experience is white glove and top notch. Not all real estate closing teams are created equal. You get what you pay for and I would 100% recommend working with Holly and her team at ESC to anybody who prioritizes customer service and attention to detail.

Mr. Novotny & his team helped us with my husband’s Workman’s Comp case, and did a great job! We merely wanted my husband’s Workman’s Comp insurance to take care of his injury at work, as they’re meant to do…but when they kept fighting us on it & delaying the process, we were able to get Mr. Novotny to help move things along more quickly…and we even ended up getting more than we had anticipated. His firm was kind, professional, and very helpful; they explained everything so that it was pretty easy to us to understand. We were quite impressed with their work, and very grateful to them. I hired Andrea back in January 2024 to help me with a partition action and honestly, she was amazing from start to finish. She was super communicative the whole way through and always made sure I understood what was happening. Yesterday on 7/30/25, I spoke with Auna a paralegal and explained my car accident and even rmailed some documentation that was confidential, she asked me a lot of questions and I was able to give her all the necessary facts about my case and I was to speak to Attorney Mr. Shell and Auna told me 11 AM and if i didn't feel like coming to the office it would be fine to just have a phone conference.
