HORRIBLE ! I WAS WARNED NOT TO USE THEM,BUT I DIDN'T LISTEN !! DON'T USE THEM !!! THEY TOOK MY $100 JUST TO TELL ME A FEW DAYS LATER I HAD TO PAY THE COURT A $400 TICKET FOR A HALF WAY STOP AT A STOP SIGN. I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY ACTIONS,BUT $500 TOTAL OUT OF POCKET IN 3 WEEKS ! SHE EMAILED AND SAID IT WAS THE SEVERITY OF THE CRIME. I SAID,CRIME ! THE WONT ANSWER THE PHONE,THEY ONLY TEXT ! HOW DO YOU GO TO COURT AND HAVE A TICKET READY IN A FEW DAYS OF $400 AND I WASN'T EVEN SPEEDING !! SCAMMERS !!!!!! TO TOP IT OFF THE $400 HAS TO BE PAID IN 2 WEEKS !!! I COULD HAVE DONE THIS MYSELF !!!

Contacted this firm regarding expired registration & minor speeding ticket I got at the same time. Despite sharing with the person taking in my information that I had questions for the attorney as a newer resident of Nevada how the process worked, I was told until I updated my registration they won't speak to me. I had contacted Empire Law hoping to avoid using a service like Nevada Traffic Ticket Pro... they appear to be two different brands under the same umbrella.

Horrible service they gave me an additional $100 dollars on my ticket instead of giving me the option to take the defensive driving course as I asked I will never use them again

Before they took the money and had me sign the contract, they promised they would fix everything and handle my case properly. But after I paid, the service went downhill. They sent an unprepared lawyer to court who did a terrible job, and then tried to excuse it by saying, “oh, this court is not good.” Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I expected someone experienced in traffic law to fight for a reduction or dismissal, but instead, it felt like they just pushed me toward paying the fine without trying other options. The outcome was no better than if I had handled the ticket myself, yet I still had to pay high legal fees. Overall, I found this lawyer unprofessional, unresponsive, and not worth the money. I would not recommend them for handling traffic or speeding tickets.

Gave me my court orders 2 weeks after appearing only because I called twice.it was for a speeding ticket.they go to court for you but don't expect them to follow up with you because they have your money already...

unethical law group. Wanted to charge me 65 dollars for something I could do on the courts website in 30 seconds. I found out that I can deal with my ticket online from another lawyer while these crooks wants to charge. No morals.

Hired Empire law to handle a headlight violation. Ended up paying a fine and still receiving 2 points in my license. When I've called them to discuss the ticket they tell me they will research and call me back. I will wait a week for a call back before trying again. I've called 3 times and still no luck talking to anyone. Complete waste of money.
