Website lists a whole bunch of practices areas but when you call they say they are only taking discrimination cases. Misleading.

I reached out to Ms. Kingston on two different occasions regarding situations with two different employers. On both occasions, Ms. Kingston analyzed all of the facts involved and put together brilliant strategies and responses. Subsequently, both situations were resolved by Ms. Kingston without need for further litigation. However, if the situations had moved forward, I have no doubts that I was very well positioned for very favorable outcomes in court. Called to ask a few questions. They said I didn't have a case but wouldn't answer my questions. I wasn't seeking a case but I needed some questions answered. Lawyers get a bad rap because places like this are less than helpful.
