I had a really easy, smooth experience working with Brandon and the team at the office. I came in with a complex situation and Brandon was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, diligent, and put his best foot forward to fight for me. Incredibly unprofessional. Like many other reviews say, they don't call back. I had my initial consultation; the attorney said he would take my case. When I called back to retain their services, the clerk said I would get a call back from the attorney. I got the run around 5 times (I kept calling when I didn't hear back) over 3 weeks and ultimately never heard a response. Part of this 3 week period was while I had 30 days to reply to being served a lawsuit. NO concern given by this group. Unacceptable for a business that is supposed to be run by "professionals." I went with another firm to represent me for my case. Don't waste your time with Employment and Commerce Law Group.

My experience with the firm was a 10/10! I had the pleasure of working with Zach Brown and Brandon Hall. I went in not knowing how strong my case was and they made sure to fully educate me and help me get things resolved in a quickly manner. I would definitely recommend and use again if need be. After seeking legal assistance from multiple law firms, I received a return phone call from Employment and Commerce Law Group. I cannot explain in words how enlightening and comforting this phone call was. This call was basically to find out the information of why I am seeking legal assistance and if my case represented some sort of discrimination. But this call was so much more than that. The conversation I had was with a compassionate and knowledgeable woman (Valerie) and she was so thorough and specific. For someone like me whom is completely unfamiliar with law firms and the legal system, I was anxious and absolutely nervous on what to do and what options I have going forward. But when I got off the phone with Valerie, I felt that what option I thought I needed to do next was the best decision for myself and my career/life. If anything, I feel like I spoke to a friend, a therapist and a legal expert all in one conversation. I will forever have their contact in my phone and will refer people to them when needed.

Zach was awesome! He made a stressful situation way easier to handle. Super down to earth, but don’t let that fool you, he knows his stuff and doesn’t back down. He was honest with me from day one and made sure I understood every option and the possible risk. If I was ready to fight, he was too. Couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Valerie was also super helpful from the start too!

This firm was incredibly unhelpful. Seems to be a call center type firm that responds with generic responses. I called on Friday and was told someone would call me back that day. Monday they called and immediately hung up after 1 ring then sent me a generic email stating this was their second attempt at contacting me and asked me to fill out an elaborate form. They then responded to the form with a generic response directing me to govt resources to file a complaint. Resources I already have and included in my form to them. Resources who directed me to contact an attorney for immediate help. This seems to be a law firm operating on volume and cookie-cutter, simple cases. Go elsewhere for disability discrimination and retaliation. This ain’t the place. I need a real person who can offer real help and advice.
