Terrible experience. He had no right taking a medical malpractice case, in my opinion. I paid his 2500 fee. He stated after taking my money that unless I had about 100k more for medical experts, etc I didnt have a case. He was professional but I do believe he should have denied taking the case instead of taking a fee, as medical malpractice was not his expertise.

I have tried to get a hold of someone on the phone for the past two weeks. Left several messages and not one call has been returned. How can you run a law office this way?

Update Below: + another update Absolutely worst Law Firm in Tulsa with communication. I received a document subpoena from them twice about a case that had zero knowledge of or information on. I tried to call and talk them between receiving both. I called dozen times no one answered and left a half a dozen voicemails for about 3 weeks. Asking them for clarification of what documents they were requesting, since I had zero knowledge of what was being requested. Still received zero callbacks, voicemails, text or any type of response from them. It wasn’t until the day before the documents were to be submitted that I left a voicemail telling them how bad of a law firm they were for not answering what documents they had requested. That’s when they texted me, saying to give them the documents they had requested, without informing me of what I’m needing to give them. I had researched the case on the subpoena near the beginning and my name was nowhere to be found on the court records. The day after the subpoena deadline. I relooked up the case and it had been dismissed a week prior. And my name was still not on the court documents for this case. If you wanna Law Firm to communicate with you, keep you updated or anything else. I suggest you pick another law firm. Because if you pick them best of luck of ever receiving any form of proper communication. Update: To whoever replied. “Matthew Kirkland” is NOT and I repeat is NOT my legal name. That’s why I called for verification of the subpoena. Your law firm is either lazy, understaffed, or straight up dishonest. Since I called over a three week period regarding the subpoena and had zero response. Because I had absolutely zero knowledge or understanding of what was being requested. You subpoenaed me requesting documentation of an apparent job done to my house. But I NEVER had that work done. That’s why I was calling to clarify if I was the correct person or what you were requesting, since I had zero documentations to begin with. Second update: false accusations from a law firm. Responded with “firms” and not “firm’s”. Which as a plural, meaning more than one. With Google being a public domain and other “firms” not violating client privacy. Any credible person, company or firm would provide evidence to corroborate the claims. I see zero evidence provided and only empty accusations. —this is to the person responding. You may or may not be the person responsible for these comments. The outright egoism shown in the replies is astounding to me. If you all would have answered during the time I called. Or responded with apologetic reply to my original comment. Apologies for the confusion or inconvenience and asking me to reach out to you directly. I would have removed the comment because that shows a strong customer service based company. But your ego seems to have gotten the better of you. Take as you please, but your customer service seems lacking based on your replies. —-to all viewers. If you made it this far. Take this original comment and replies as you wish. If I was a person on the outside seeing a company reply in such a way to a bad comment. That would indicate that the company puts themselves first and custom service second. Any good company attempts to fix bad service or reviews no matter what it is. A bad company shows itself during criticism, letting ego and the inability to take criticism show brightly with words or actions. So to end this comment. Take this whole situation as you will. Personally for me, if I saw this from the outside. I would probably not do anything business with them.

Zach was great! He helped my wife and I settle an issue before it went to court. He walked us through everything, and we really appreciate the work he did for us; he was worth every penny! While I hope to never need to hire a lawyer again, I can confidently say that Zach Enlow will be the lawyer i hire again, should I ever need to get involved in any sort of litigation.
